Remote Spy (Windows CE 5.0)
Remote Spy displays messages received by windows associated with applications running on a target device.
You can use the Remote Spy tool from the Visual Studio development environment or from Platform Builder. To use Remote Spy from Platform Builder, you must first connect to a target device with Platform Manager. For more information about connecting to a target device with Platform Manager, see Application Connectivity.
Remote Spy displays a list of the windows that are open on a target device. In a separate window, the tool displays information about the messages in the message queue for the selected window.
As a read-only utility, Remote Spy does not alter the functionality of any application. However, it can negatively affect the performance of the target device.
