IXRSkewTransform::GetAngleY (Compact 2013)

3/28/2014

This method retrieves the y-axis skew angle, which is measured in degrees counterclockwise from the x-axis.

Syntax

virtual HRESULT STDMETHODCALLTYPE GetAngleY(
    float* pAngleY
) = 0;

Parameters

  • pAngleY
    [out] Pointer to a float value that indicates the y-axis skew angle, in degrees counterclockwise from the x-axis.

Return Value

Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.

Remarks

Positive values of pAngleY are interpreted as a counterclockwise skew. Negative values are interpreted as a clockwise skew. For values less than -360 or greater than 360, the values will wrap around and be treated as if the mathematical operation mod(360) was applied.

For more information about skew transformations together with an illustration, see IXRSkewTransform.
