This method retrieves a value that indicates whether this object is in an immutable state.
Syntax

bool* pIsSealed

Parameters
- pIsSealed
[out] Pointer to a Boolean value that indicates whether the object is in an immutable state. This value is true if it is in an immutable state; otherwise, it is false.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
Remarks
If this method returns true and you try to modify the state of this object, an exception is thrown.
