This function returns the number of milliseconds that have elapsed since the system was booted.

Parameters
- pSystemUpTime
[out] Points to a caller-supplied variable in which this function returns the system uptime.
Return Value
None.
Remarks
Protocol drivers typically call NdisGetSystemUpTime.
