This structure contains information about an object in the object store or database volume.

- wObjType
Type of the object. The following table shows the possible values for wObjType.Value Description OBJTYPE_INVALID Indicates that the object store contains no valid object that has this object identifier. OBJTYPE_FILE Indicates that the object is a file. OBJTYPE_DIRECTORY Indicates that the object is a directory. OBJTYPE_DATABASE Indicates that the object is a database. OBJTYPE_RECORD Indicates that the object is a record inside a database. - wPad
Structure alignment on a double-word boundary. - infFile
CEFILEINFO (CEDB) structure that contains information about a file. This member is valid only if wObjType is OBJTYPE_FILE. - infDirectory
CEDIRINFO (CEDB) structure that contains information about a directory. This member is valid only if wObjType is OBJTYPE_DIRECTORY. - infDatabase
CEDBASEINFO (CEDB) structure that contains information about a database. This member is valid only if wObjType is OBJTYPE_DATABASE. - infRecord
CERECORDINFO (CEDB) structure that contains information about a record in a database. This member is valid only if wObjType is OBJTYPE_RECORD.
Remarks
Earlier versions (2.12 and earlier) of Windows CE OIDs were assigned to objects in other file systems, such as the FAT file system. These OIDs were guaranteed to be unique within a volume, but not across multiple volumes. Effective with version 3.0, the only file and directory objects that have valid, unique OIDs are in the object store. Database objects, on any file system, have valid, unique OIDs.
