Retrieves the values of all the HTTP headers.

Value returned if successful. - E_INVALIDARG
Value returned if the input argument is NULL. - E_FAIL
Value returned if an error occurs. - E_OUTOFMEMORY
Value returned if available memory is insufficient.
Requirements
OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Msxml2.h, Msxml2.idl.
Link Library: Uuid.lib.
General Remarks
Each header name/value pair is separated by a combination carriage return/line feed character.
The results of this method are valid only after the send method has been successfully completed.
