IPMPlatformManager::AddPlatform (Windows CE 5.0)
This method registers a new platform object with Platform Manager and returns this object.
HRESULT AddPlatform(BSTRbstrPlatformName,BSTRbstrPlatformId,IPMPlatform** ppiPlatform );
Parameters
- bstrPlatformName
[in] Name of the platform object to be added. - bstrPlatformId
[in] Optional; GUID of the platform object to be added. If this parameter is not specified, Platform Manager creates a GUID for the platform object. - ppiPlatform
[out] Pointer to a pointer to the IPMPlatform interface. This pointer is returned if the platform has been successfully registered with Platform Manager.
Return Values
Returns S_OK if the call was successfully completed. If a failure occurs, the appropriate HRESULT value is returned.
