System Event Notification Plug-ins
An event notification plug-in can be used to receive notices of client or server events. For example, you can use an event notification plug-in to gather statistics about a client connection. The server calls the plug-in to notify it that an event has occurred. For a list of the possible event notices the server can raise, see Internal Events. Windows Media Services includes the following event notification plug-ins.
