Creates a DiscoveryUrl object from the specified URL and usage-type string and adds it to the collection.

Parameters

url
Contains a string that is copied to the DiscoveryUrl.Text field.

useType
Contains a string that is copied to the DiscoveryUrl.UseType field.

Return Value

Returns the zero-based index of the item in the collection.
