Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop.RECT[][out]The bounding rectangle of the tip window in screen coordinates.
pSizeData

Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
