Creates a new IExplorerNode with the specified sort position among sibling nodes.

nodeTypeId

Type: System.Collections.Generic.IDictionary<Object, Object>A dictionary of objects to be added to the Annotations property of the new node.
sortOrder
Type: System.Int32A value that is used to sort the current node among sibling nodes.
