ProjectRootElement.AddItemDefinitionGroup Method
Adds an item definition group to this project.

Returns the added item definition group.
Remarks
Creates and adds an item definition group after the last existing item definition group, if any. Otherwise, creates an item definition group after the last existing property group, if any. If no property group exists, creates a new item definition group at the end of the project.
