ProjectRootElement.ToolsVersion Property
Gets or sets the value of the ToolsVersion attribute.

Property Value
Type: System.String
Returns the ToolsVersion attribute value. Returns an empty string if the attribute is not present.
Remarks
Removes the ToolsVersion attribute if the value to set is an empty string or null.
