[out] Zero (false) if text data is not valid at the location, otherwise non-zero (true).
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
This method is called on every mouse move (DragOver). DragSetup must have been called before calling this method.
