Convert feedback into a Team Foundation work item

If the SketchFlow project that you are working on is being tracked by Team Foundation source control, you can quickly create a work item from a .feedback file. When you convert feedback to a work item, a screen shot of the screen that the feedback applies to is added to the work item, and information about the work item is included in the work-item template. You can add or modify the information directly in the work-item template.

For more information about working with Team Foundation, see Working with Team Foundation source control.

To convert feedback into a Team Foundation work item

  1. View feedback files in Blend for Visual Studio 2012 by using the SketchFlow Feedback panel.

For more information about viewing feedback in the Blend design surface, see the "To view SketchFlow Player feedback in Blend" section in Leave feedback for a prototype.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Locate and then right-click the feedback file that you want to convert, and click Convert to work item.

    • Locate and then right-click the individual item in the feedback file that you want to convert, and click Convert to work item.

  3. In the Convert Feedback to TFS Work Item dialog box, in the Available templates list, select the template that you want to use, and then click OK.

    [!REMARQUE]

After you select a template, that template will become the default template that appears in the Available templates list. If you want to use a different template, select a different template from the Available templates list.

  4. In the New Work Item dialog box, add any additional information that you want, and click Save.

The new work item is now available in Team Foundation Services.
