Returns the hidden region type (that is, concealed or collapsible).

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

The hidden region type determines whether the region is concealed (hidden) or collapsible (outlined). The Type is a permanent property of the hidden region.
