TextViewHostOptionExtensions.IsOutliningMarginEnabled Method

Determines whether the outlining margin is enabled with the specified set of editor options.

true if the Outlining margin is enabled, otherwise false.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IEditorOptions. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).

Remarks

Disabling the margin does not turn off outlining, it just hides the margin.
