Parses the command line as preparation for using other interface methods to retrieve the parsed elements.

Parameters
szCommandLine
Type: System.String[in] String containing the command line to parse.
iMaxParams
Type: System.Int32[in] Integer—the maximum number of parameters.
iCursorPos
Type: System.Int32[in] Integer. The character position to begin parsing of the command line.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
