If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

If this method returns S_OK, then the hidden region is valid. If this method returns F:Microsoft.visualstudio.VSConstants.S_FALSE, then the hidden region is not valid. This method is used to manage deleting hidden regions.
