Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
Returns true if the method successfully calls Parse on the input string; otherwise returns false.
Remarks
This method is called by the base implementation of the OnTypeChanging method. It is used to determine whether a data type is valid for the current state of the parameter. This implementation validates the type by attempting to call the Parse method on the input string and returns true if it succeeds.
The base implementation of this method returns true.
