DiagramClientView.OnGiveFeedback Method
The GiveFeedback event allows the source of a drag event to modify the appearance of the mouse pointer in order to give the user visual feedback during a drag-and-drop operation.

Remarks
OnGiveFeedback is responsible for changing the cursor based on the value of GiveFeedbackEventArgs.Effect. GiveFeedbackEventArgs.Effect is the drop effect value returned by the most recent call to OnDragEnter, OnDragOver, or OnDragLeave.
