Comment : exécuter une opération en arrière-plan

Si vous avez une opération qui va prendre longtemps à compléter, et si vous ne souhaitez pas provoquer des délais dans votre interface utilisateur, vous pouvez utiliser la classe BackgroundWorker pour exécuter l'opération sur un autre thread.
L'exemple de code suivant indique comment exécuter en arrière-plan une opération qui prend du temps. Le formulaire possède des boutons Démarrer et Annuler. Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer pour exécuter une opération asynchrone. Cliquez sur le bouton Annuler pour exécuter une opération asynchrone. Le résultat de chaque opération est affiché dans un MessageBox.
Il existe une prise en charge étendue pour cette tâche dans Visual Studio.
