Lorsque vous construisez des contrôles qui interagissent avec les données, il peut quelquefois s'avérer nécessaire de lier un contrôle à un objet ou à une méthode qui génère d'autres objets. Cet objet ou cette méthode s'appelle une fabrique. Par exemple, votre source de données peut être la valeur de retour d'un appel de méthode au lieu d'un objet en mémoire ou d'un type. Vous pouvez lier un contrôle à ce type de source de données sous réserve que la source retourne une collection.
Vous pouvez lier facilement un contrôle à un objet de fabrique en utilisant le contrôle BindingSource.
Exemple
L'exemple suivant montre comment lier un contrôle DataGridView à une méthode de fabrique en utilisant un contrôle BindingSource. La méthode de fabrique est nommée GetOrdersByCustomerId et retourne toutes les commandes pour un client donné figurant dans la base de données Northwind.
