RespectCursorCP Property

Specifies whether to take the code page of the cursor into consideration.

Note   The UTF8Encoded property works in conjunction with the setting of RespectCursorCP when UTF8Encoded is True (.T.).

RespectCursorCP applies only when executing the XMLAdapterToXML method, which creates XML consistent with its setting.

Property Values

  Logical data type. The following table lists the values for lValue.

  lValue	Description
  False (.F.)	Create XML with default Windows-1252 encoding. (Default)
  True (.T.)	Set encoding to the code page of the cursor.

For example, the following table describes how RespectCursorCP and UTF8Encoded interact with each other.
