Administrative Client
You can use the Administrative client for remote management of Application Center clusters. Computers running the Application Center client cannot be a member of any cluster. The Administrative client has the same functionality as the full server version, except that it cannot participate in cluster membership. Therefore, you cannot create a new cluster nor join an existing cluster with the computer running the Administrative client. However, you can use the Administrative client to:
Add and remove cluster members.
Set members online and offline.
Deploy content.
View cluster status.
Add and remove performance counters.
