ComputerTiers
Gets computer tiers from Virtual Machine Manager (VMM).

Reads computer tiers.
If you supply the ID property, the computer tier with that identifier is returned.
If you supply the ServiceId property, all computer tiers that are associated with the specified service are returned.
If you supply the StampId property, the computer tiers that are associated with the stamp are returned.
