Creates a new IDTSOutputColumn90 object and inserts it into the IDTSOutputColumnCollection90 of the component.

Notes

Call this method to create a new IDTSOutputColumn90 object in the IDTSOutputColumnCollection90 specified by the lOutputColumnIndex parameter. The Name and Description properties of the new IDTSOutputColumn90 are initialized to the values specified by the bstrName and bstrDescription parameters.
