Establishes the SMO connection and returns a connection object.

The connection object that contains the SMO connection.

Notes

During a call to the AcquireConnection, the actual connection is created using properties that are set on the ConnectionManagerBase object, as well as any properties specific to the connection type that have been set on this class.
