Add Data Lookup Combo Boxes Sample

This sample contains the following classes.

Class	Library	Description
_cbodistinctvalues	_dataquery.vcx	Performs a lookup of unique values in the controlsource field to populate a combo box.
_cbolookup	_dataquery.vcx	Performs a lookup of values in a field to populate a combo box.
_nav2buttons	_table.vcx	Displays a pair of buttons that provide GoNext( ) and GoPrevious( ) functions.
