(This is optional.) To specify which RSK file to use, on the General tab, in the Spreadsheet Risk File row, click the Browse button. Select the RSK file that you want to use, and then click Open.
(This is optional.) Specify a Discovery Server Queue folder. When the Discovery and Risk Assessment (DRA) application is running, it checks the folder specified as the Discovery Server Queue. If it finds a *.dis file in the folder, it runs the discovery as configured in the file. You can configure and save discovery settings as a Discovery file (.DIS) and then manually copy the file into the Discovery Server Queue folder. Then when the Discovery and Risk Assessment application is running, it will run the discovery as configured. This is useful when a user must run a discovery but doesn't have the necessary privileges to log on to the computer where DRA is running. Note: The .dis file will be deleted automatically after the discovery process is completed.
(This is optional.) Specify a Discovery file. The file listed here is the most recently used Discovery file (*.dis file) which contains the settings which control a discovery process. This includes the list of folders and document libraries to scan, the search criteria, the risk assessment options, and the folder where the results will be saved. To create a Discovery file, click Discover on the toolbar or from the Tools menu click Discover.
Click the Server/Database tab.
In the Discovery Group box, specify a name to represent yourself or your group. The name that you specify is used for the list of files that are added to a master inventory when you run a discovery process.
