SpeechControlSettingsConfigurationHandler Remarks

Parses a file for SpeechControlSettingsItem elements, creates SpeechControlSettingsItem controls that reflect these elements, and returns the SpeechControlSettingsItem controls in a HybridDictionary object.

When the server renders a web page with Speech Controls, it uses the Create method of the SpeechControlSettingsConfigurationHandler to parse the Web.config file and the application web page.
