Represents the tick mark labels associated with tick marks on a chart axis.
The TickLabels type exposes the following members.

Offset | Returns or sets the distance between the levels of labels and the distance between the first level and the axis line. |

Orientation | The text orientation. Can be an integer value from –90 to 90 degrees or one of the XlTickLabelOrientation constants. |
