Remarks
PROJ_OPT_MINUTES_PER_WEEK maps to 60 * the Hours per week option on the Calendar tab of the Options dialog box in Project Professional.
The default value for new projects is determined by the enterprise global template. If there is no enterprise global template value, the default value is 2400 (40 hours).
