Parameters

• isWindowsUser
  Type: System.Boolean
  Specifies whether to use Windows authentication.

• userName
  Type: System.String
  The user name.

• userGuid
  Type: System.Guid
  The GUID of the user.

• trackingGuid
  Type: System.Guid
  The GUID for tracking the queue job.

• siteGuid
  Type: System.Guid
  The GUID of the Project Web App site.

• lcid
  Type: System.String
  The locale code ID. Use language and local culture instead.
