Action.Prefix Property (Outlook)
Returns or sets a String specifying the prefix (for example, "Re") to use with the subject of the item when the action is executed. Read/write.

expression A variable that represents an Action object.
Remarks
Outlook automatically adds a colon (:) to the value of the Prefix property when setting the subject of the item.
