Returns or sets the color of the border. Read/write Variant.

expression A variable that represents a ChartBorder object.
Remarks
The color is specified as an index value into the current color palette, or as one of the following XlColorIndex constants:
xlColorIndexAutomatic
xlColorIndexNone
