A complex type that specifies a plastic wrap effect applied to a picture.
Sample demonstrating the effect applied to a picture with smoothness values of 0, 2, 5, 7, and 10 respectively:

Attributes:
trans : An ST_PositiveFixedPercentage ([ISO/IEC-29500-1] section A.4.1) attribute that specifies the transparency of the effect. A value of 0% specifies that the effect is applied fully. A value of 100% specifies that the effect is not applied.
smoothness : An ST_ArtisticEffectParam10 attribute that specifies the appearance of the effect.
