b (Bottom)	Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the bottom page margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype.
footer (Footer)	Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the footer margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype.
header (Header)	Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the header margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype.
l (Left)	Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the left page margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype.
r (Right)	Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the right page margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype.
t (Top)	Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the top page margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype.
