Remarks
The DefaultFillStyle property corresponds to the value shown in the Fill Style box on the Format Shape toolbar when nothing is selected on the drawing page. The document's default fill style is applied to new shapes created with the Microsoft Office Visio drawing tools or with the Draw methods by Automation.
