Recipient Properties for Delivery Status Reports

The following properties are present for delivery status reports for recipients. PR_DELIVER_TIME (PidTagDeliverTime) is not used on non-delivery reports. PR_NDR_DIAG_CODE (PidTagNonDeliveryReportDiagCode) and PR_NDR_REASON_CODE (PidTagNonDeliveryReportReasonCode) are used only on non-delivery reports.
