Specifies a Boolean value that represents whether the XML expansion pack is listed in the XML Expansion Pack Picker dialog box.
When the value of the type element is "smartDocument," the documentSpecific element is set to true by default; for all other XML expansion pack solution types, the documentSpecific element is set to false by default.
