An Exchange Web form is a Web page that is registered in the form registry of the Exchange store.
Migrating to Exchange Web Services
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 does not include the Exchange Web Forms technology. Applications that currently use Web Forms should be migrated to Microsoft ASP.NET, and those applications should access mailbox and server information by using Exchange Web Services. Applications that cannot be migrated to ASP.NET and Exchange Web Services must continue to be run on Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
