The following table shows the dynamic-link library (DLL) that contains the CDO for Exchange Management (CDOEXM) classes and aggregated interfaces.

Installation of CDOEXM
When you install Microsoft® Exchange, CDOEXM is automatically installed with the Exchange Management Components. If you install Exchange Management User Interface, the Management Components are also installed.
To use CDOEXM on a remote computer, the Exchange Management Components must be installed on the remote computer.
Note The CDOEXM version that ships with Exchange Server 2003 must be used when accessing Exchange Server 2003. The Exchange Server 2003 CDOEXM can also be used to access Exchange 2000 Server. The CDOEXM library that ships with Exchange 2000 Server is not supported for accessing Exchange Server 2003.
