Use the CdoPostUsing Enum to set this value. If the Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) service is installed, the value defaults to cdoPostUsingPickup (1). Otherwise, if Microsoft Outlook Express is installed, the value defaults to cdoPostUsingPort (2) and the settings from the default account are used.
