The RestrictedAddresses property specifies whether messages from the addresses listed in RestrictedAddressList are to be accepted or rejected.

Parameters

• pVal
  Returns the value of the RestrictedAddresses property as a reference to a CDOEXMRestrictedAddressType Enum.
• Val
  Sets the value of the RestrictedAddresses property to the value of the CDOEXMRestrictedAddressType Enum.

If the RestrictedAddressList list is empty, no inclusions or exclusions are performed.
