DEClass cannot be loaded. (Error 2086)

An attempt was made to load the DEClass in a form or report unsuccessfully. As a result, the DEClass and DEClasslibrary properties were cleared. Make sure that the specified DEClass is a valid class and contained data sources are all valid.
