(USA) Set up and maintain a Commerce Services account

You can sign up for an account for Services commerciaux de Microsoft Dynamics ERP and activate the account from Microsoft Dynamics AX. Typically, the system administrator sets up and maintains a Services commerciaux account.

Important

  • To enable Microsoft Dynamics AX and Services commerciaux to synchronize data, you must turn on change tracking for your database. For more information, see Configuring and Managing Change Tracking.

  • Serveur d'objets d'application Microsoft Dynamics AX (AOS) must be run with credentials that have access to the Internet.

After you sign up and activate your account, you can select marketplaces, set up an online store, and then organize and list products for sale. For more information, see (USA) Sell products online with Commerce Services.

Set up a Commerce Services account

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Commerce Services > Configuration checklist

  2. Click Définir un compte de services en ligne.

  3. Click Paramétrer un compte en ligne to open the Services commerciaux website.

  4. Enter your Microsoft account and password.

  5. Enter account information for the Services commerciaux account.

  6. Provide any of the following information that is required:

    • Select a payment provider.

    • Assign the payment provider to payment methods.

    • Set up shipping methods.

    • Set up sales tax.

    • Map attributes between Services commerciaux and marketplaces.

  7. When you have finished, click Sign out.

Activate a Commerce Services account

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Commerce Services > Configuration checklist.

  2. Click Activer le service en ligne.

Maintain a Commerce Services account

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Commerce Services > Configuration checklist.

  2. Click Définir un compte de services en ligne.

  3. Click Gérer le compte en ligne to open the Services commerciaux website.

  4. Make any changes that are required, and then click Sign out.

New or changed for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

After you set up a Services commerciaux account, specify parameters for Services commerciaux.

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Commerce Services > Commerce Services Parameters.

  2. In the Hiérarchie de catégories de société field, select the category hierarchy that contains the products to sell online.

  3. In the Code frais d'expédition field, select the shipping code for the shipping charges that apply to the products that are sold online.
