Exercise 1: Create the Workflow Application

In this exercise, you first create the project for the Number Guessing application that is used in this tutorial. Next, you configure the host application and the workflow to implement the basic version of the application. Finally, you use a PolicyActivity activity and rules to build a basic user ranking system.
