Remarks
The QualifiedName class extends the functionality of the System.Xml.XmlQualifiedName class by providing a Prefix property that represents the namespace prefix and a few utility methods for working with XML qualified names. Use the staticFromString method to create an instance of the QualifiedName class from an XML qualified name in a string.
An XML qualified name is a namespace-qualified local name, in the format <namespacePrefix>:<localName>.
