Parameters
- endpoint
An EndpointReference that specifies the destination.
- receiver
The SoapReceiver to add to the collection.
Remarks
The Add method fails on a Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating system if the caller does not have Administrator permissions and the enabled attribute of the <exclusiveAddressUse> Element is set to true (the default). If the caller does not have sufficient permissions, set the enabled attribute of the <exclusiveAddressUse> Element element to false to allow the method to succeed. Note that this does not apply to Windows Server 2003.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
